moms potatoe salad

finally remembered to edit this in.

6 potatoes or 6-10 big potatoes
mom says 6-8 eggs hardboiled(though I don't remember that many eggs)
2-3T sweet relish
1 lg Onion diced
1/2 lb bacon
salt
pepper
garlic
mayonaise enough to coat
dill, pinch or two
parseley pinch or two
dab of mustard
little bit of vinegar

mom says she puts in apples and bologna, but I honestly don't think so. I don't like bologna for one thing, and I love this potato salad.
