I tried the other day Pataks, tangy lemon and cilantro cooking sauce over some chicken I had bought at the grocery store. Served it with gnocchi the kids loved it.

Don't know why it's so expensive on amazon, It cost me 3 dollars and something. I also really love the dopiaza sauce.

We've tried the Korma coconut curry sauce... almost as good as Jewel of India in Waltham. I've been experimenting again with coconut milk in Indian cuisine. We also put HP curry sauce on our fish & chips, as well as on couscous and ground turkey.
