Going back to my warrior german roots

Hungarian goulash tonight, tommorow I take over the world, or a tea party.

Stew meat
2 onions
tomatoe paste
beef stock
Italian seasoning
bay leaf
paprika
potatoes
orange bell peppers

I would put in celery but I don't have any right now. I'm thinking of putting a little sour cream in later.

Also thinking that some dark ale would be good in there maybe some red wine.. I use sea salt and pepper.

Might put this over egg noodles not sure.
